Specialites

Let’s make therapy simple.

1

Reach out

Schedule a free 20 minute phone consultation to see if therapy here would be a good fit for you. Bring questions you have (I’ll have questions for you too) and we can see if it's beneficial to work together.

2

The Journey

Attend sessions weekly or bi-weekly as we tend to your mental health needs. Together, we will work towards your therapy goals, find tools that you can use on a daily basis, and explore the particular way your mind and body want to heal.

3

See change

People may notice that they’re feeling more joy, things that once triggered them no longer do, or it’s clear they are not needing sessions as frequently because things are getting better.  Some clients like to stay on monthly and others are ready to close out!

At the end of the day:

You don’t have to struggle silently trying to keep it all together.
